    We have follow the step to update Autolink AL619, but when we put the microSD card in the unit nothing happend, is someone know how to proceed, also we are suppose to be able to change the language but there is only English available in the unit, and in the manual and box, it is indicate that we can change it. Thanks for helping

    First ,let me explain the language issue. The one you bought is only available in English, though the box and manual all mentioning multilanguage. ........Second, for the update issue, you follow the steps to register your tool in our website, then do the updates through PC Suit, and when you insert the card back to AL619, nothing happens. Right? What do you mean nothing happenes? Blank? Not updated?

    Reply to 2 floor: When we insert the card, we don't know if the unit is updated, the unit just open normaly...

    Sir, if the tool works fine, then it is updated successfully.... Our tool will automatically detect if it is updated or not and do all the work for you.....you don't even know it.......The only thing you can tell is to check the software version.
